Mendoza is the most format-dependent prospect in the entire class. In Superflex and 2QB leagues, he is a locked-in top-2 pick as the projected #1 overall NFL selection. His Heisman-winning season (41 TDs to 6 INTs) is historically elite. In 1QB leagues, however, his value drops significantly because the QB position carries less scarcity. The evaluation is simple: in SF/2QB, draft him aggressively. In 1QB, he falls outside the first round.
