1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SnapCount ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

SnapCount is a fantasy football analytics platform that provides player rankings, projections, trade analysis, start/sit recommendations, advisor tools such as Ask the OWL and Player Comps similarity engine, and other tools to help users make informed decisions for their fantasy football teams. The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Premium Subscription

SnapCount offers premium subscription features. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

SnapCount offers a referral program. When a referred user subscribes to a paid plan, the referrer receives 30 days of free Premium access. Referral rewards are non-transferable and subject to valid subscription by the referred user. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

When using SnapCount, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content in community discussions
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. User Content

You may post content in our community features, including discussions and replies. You retain ownership of your content, but grant SnapCount a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to share it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by SnapCount and protected by intellectual property laws. Our rankings, projections, and analysis are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Data and Services

Our Service uses data from third-party sources including the Sleeper API for player information and The Odds API for betting lines. This data is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for its accuracy. NFL team names, logos, and player information are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that our rankings or projections will be accurate or that following our recommendations will result in fantasy football success. Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPCOUNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Gambling Disclaimer

SnapCount is not a gambling service. While we display Vegas odds and betting lines for informational purposes, we do not facilitate or encourage gambling. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable gambling laws in their jurisdiction. If you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapCount and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
