Buy Goff, Dump Bryce Young: The ROS Moves That Win Leagues
Buy Low Right Now: Jared Goff
Goff is the fifth-best ROS quarterback in the data and trending up. He's averaging 20.8 points per game and carries league-winner upside the rest of the way. The problem is he's coming off a tough Green Bay matchup this week, which means some managers are spooked. Use that fear. His ROS projection of 258.1 points is higher than Joe Burrow, higher than Brock Purdy. If you can acquire Goff at a discount because of one ugly matchup, you're robbing someone blind.
Buy Low: Kyler Murray
Murray is trending up in ROS rankings and his Week 7 situation could not be better. Indianapolis ranks 30th against quarterbacks. He's a must-start this week and has favorable weeks clustered throughout Minnesota's schedule at weeks 12 and 13 as well. His current ADP rank is 49, which is criminal for a guy with this schedule and a running threat built into his game. Buy him cheap while the perception hasn't caught up to the data.
Sell High: Bryce Young
This one hurts because Young is genuinely trending up, averaging 20.0 points per game with league-winner upside attached to his profile. But Carolina's schedule is rated very hard the rest of the way with brutal weeks at 8, 9, 11, 13, and 16. Those are exactly the weeks that matter in fantasy playoffs. His current value is near its peak. His manager's confidence is high. Trade him now for a player whose schedule looks like Denver or Minnesota, and you'll thank yourself in December.
The Schedule Insight That Wins Playoffs
Denver and San Francisco have the two most favorable remaining schedules in the league, with Denver showing easy matchups in weeks 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15. Those last three are your fantasy playoff weeks. Bo Nix, Courtland Sutton, and any Denver skill player you can acquire becomes more valuable just because of the calendar. SF stacks are similarly worth targeting. Build your roster around these two teams and you'll be playing from ahead when it counts.
